How can I change my password?

No worries — here’s how you can reset it depending on where you use Spirio:

For web users:

  1. Go to spiriohub.com and click Sign In
  2. Tap Forgot Your Password?
  3. Enter the email you signed up with and send the request
  4. Check your inbox for a verification code
  5. Enter the code on the site and create your new password
  6. Then just log in with your email and new password — easy!

For iOS app users:

  1. Open the Spirio app
  2. Enter your registered email and tap Continue
  3. Select Forgot password
  4. Check your email for code
  5. Enter the code, set your new password, and you’re good to go!

For Android app users: 

  1. Open the Spirio app
  2. Enter your registered email and tap Continue
  3. Select Forgot password
  4. Check your email for code
  5. Enter the code, set your new password, and you’re good to go!
