Please don’t worry about the standing “sway” movement. You can safely do this exercise while seated in a stable chair. Place your feet flat on the ground and, if it feels more comfortable, put a small cushion or folded blanket under your hips to help support your posture and reduce pressure.
From there, simply close your eyes, focus on your breath, and allow your upper body to move gently with your natural rhythm. Even subtle, slow movements will help you connect to the same grounding and energy flow.
Always listen to your body — move only within your comfort range, and avoid anything that causes pain or strain.
